Organ Failure

In my second year of university I directed the film Organ Failure. Norman, the protagonist goes on a series of speed dates to try and find the one, though it is evident that he not interacting with the right types of people because their organs don't connect (colour coded). The characters attributes are exemplified by their most dominant organs e.g. Eager Ellie is very sexual as she has large ovaries.

During the production of this film, I managed a body of creatives with the clear goal of producing this stylised short. After completing the research and development, I designed the characters, the colour palettes and the environment. I provided my animators with character construction, character bibles and animation advice often. I also took on the challenge of some more complex shots which I was able to complete live action reference for.
