As a recent graduate of animation, I now have a firm understanding and passion for producing. Having produced throughout out my three years at university and also been a keen member of the Exeter University Officer Training Corps (EUOTC) and cadets through my years, I have developed extensive leadership and initiative skills which I have utilised within the projects I’ve managed to create a positive, collaborative work environment for myself and my crew. I have a desire to produce work that challenges social norms by cultivating bespoke projects whilst working alongside creatives and dedicated people.
I pride myself on my work. I believe versatility is very important so I am always eager to learn and to try new things whilst performing to a high standard. Charlotte is an excellent committed producer. She has setup the skeleton of the film, through her easy-to-use spreadsheets, file organisation, and crew scouting. Her response time is immediate through all hours of the day. She has kept great communication with me, so I know when she is busy, eats and sleeps. Charlotte is committed to learning and trying new things, she has produced some great work whilst learning on the job in substance painter which has made the design of the film possible. Charlotte knows how to do her job and how to prioritize. She keeps time and our resources in mind whilst working with me to state when we don’t have time to spend on certain creative elements/ideas. And somehow, she keeps the unorganised, organised. The film wouldn’t be a film if it were not for charlotte, and I wouldn’t have asked for anyone else to do the job.

Charlotte saved my life, I couldn’t have done it without her. Seriously, the film would have not existed without her help. She is also very talented in general in multiple things & even if she doesn't know how to do something she will try it & most of the time do a very good job which I think is really cool.
