Jelly Baby

A neglected baby, ventures into the kitchen, hungry for food. She climbs the counters in search of some jelly and accidentally wakes her monstrous mother. The mother slyly reassures the baby and suddenly throws her into the cooking pot to turn her into jelly...

As the producer of this film, I managed a crew of around 16 people following the pre production to production process. organising tasks and giving work assignments from set build to animation tasks. Holding weekly meetings for general crew and daily meetings for the core team hand overs. Though the project was challenging; with a few crew conflicts and the chaotic nature of organising set builds and puppet fabrication, I was able to resolve significant issues, maintain crew morale and produce three sets for my team to animate on.

During this process, I also created the set design painting tutorials, fabricated the baby's costume and completed some animation for the final film. This production has renowned my passion for stop motion and crafting. It has enabled me to show great leadership qualities and preserve to complete the film. I am proud of the quality of design and animation we were able to achieve as a team.
